DECLARATION ON THE PROHIBITION OF WAR AND THE CESSATION OF MILITARY CONFLICTS ON PLANET EARTH

This is a crossroads in the history of our civilization, and it is time for us, as rational beings – Humans, as we would truly like to call ourselves – to understand that dictatorship, democracy, militarily imposed governance, and war as a method of conflict resolution, are outdated and immoral instruments. Wars solve nothing; wars only further antagonize people.

Therefore, I, with the God-given rights of a child on planet Earth, appeal to the highest officials of all countries with a request to adopt the following declaration:

DECLARATION ON THE PROTECTION AND GOVERNANCE OF PLANET EARTH
and
DECLARATION ON THE PROHIBITION OF WAR AND THE CESSATION OF MILITARY CONFLICTS ON PLANET EARTH

I, Kristīne Lapiņa, daughter of Uldis, born in the USSR, Latvian SSR, in the territory of today's Latvia, in Riga, with the rights given to me by God to life and freedom as the highest value on planet Earth, DECLARE:

1. From this moment on, all armed conflicts and wars on planet Earth must cease immediately. No individual, group, or state has the right to continue considering warfare as a means of conflict resolution.
2. Conflicts between countries, communities, and people can only be resolved through peaceful means – through negotiations, mediation, and diplomatic talks.
3. All types of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, biological weapons, and those unknown to me or hidden under secrecy, such as chemical trails, 5G, untested and unstudied vaccines, psychotronic weapons, poisons in food, destructive concepts in education incompatible with life and peace, etc.) are declared illegal and prohibited throughout the territory of planet Earth.
4. The killing of an individual for any reason that is not related to direct and immediate self-defense, or an unintentional outcome of negligence, is recognized as a crime against life and living.
5. The civilization and justification of military production facilities and industries, as well as the subordination of infrastructure and the natural environment to military needs, are recognized as unacceptable. Wars and armed conflicts are unacceptable on planet Earth.
6. Any state, government, or private organization that initiates or supports warfare will be considered a disturber of international community law, with immediate liability under international law.

Immediate steps:
  • Disarmament: All countries and private forces must immediately begin reducing and eliminating armaments.
  • Establishment of Conflict Mediation Councils: Under the UN and public government, or state institutions, to resolve disputes peacefully.
  • Global Awareness: Everyone needs to know that war is recognized as an illegal instrument and is no longer acceptable as a means of politics.
Basis of the Declaration:
  • The natural rights of a human being, given by God, to life, freedom, and the Earth where they were born;
  • Principles of the UN Charter (Article 2, Article 33);
  • Articles 3 and 5 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
  • Geneva Conventions (1949) on the protection of civilians;
  • Rome Statute (International Criminal Court) – for crimes against humanity and crimes of aggression.

- This declaration comes into force from the moment of its adoption and is binding on all countries, governments, military structures, organizations, individuals, and people.
- Life is the highest value. War is not and will never be a legitimate means of resolving conflict.
- Everyone has a duty to disseminate this information from this moment until August 2, 2025.
- The declaration must be adopted no later than August 8, 2025.
- Information must be transmitted to all countries in the world to stop hostilities immediately upon its adoption.
- Until the declaration is adopted, any military action on planet Earth must be stopped.
- No military force has the right to disobey this declaration – it is the duty of the highest leadership to confirm this information and participate in its dissemination.
- All people and all beings on planet Earth must immediately be aware of the content of this declaration.
- A mandatory annex to this declaration is the **DECLARATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PLANET EARTH AND ITS GOOD FAITH GOVERNANCE.**
- Sanctions can only come into effect once this declaration has been adopted and signed.
- State leaders have a duty to process this declaration as required by legal language, but the revised version must not lose its meaning and essence; no point must be omitted!
- In case of non-compliance with the declaration, invent sanctions yourself so that they are fair, but no violence is used. For example, a country that wages war against another country will subsequently serve the country it attacked, providing it with free resources, or something similar.
- State leaders have a duty to convene all the world's leaders to a common signing location, which everyone will have previously agreed upon and confirmed their attendance.

DECLARATION ON THE PROTECTION AND GOVERNANCE OF PLANET EARTH

  • Planet Earth is PROTECTABLE and inviolable. It is a unified, living system created by the Creator and not subject to human private property rights or the needs of corporate structures.
  • The Earth DOES NOT BELONG to any individual or legal entity. It is not a commodity to be bought or sold, as the Earth is our common home.
  • The Earth is not a servant; it belongs to no one. We belong to the Earth and are an integral part of its ecosystem. Our duty is to protect its life, harmony, and balance.
  • Every person has the right to their own free plot of land on planet Earth (1 hectare), which they can cultivate, improve, cherish, and pass down to their children for generations. In turn, every child of Earth who did not inherit their Father's land has the right to receive their own individual plot of land, which cannot be sold but only passed down to their children. If someone no longer needs their plot of land, they pass it on to someone who needs it. This land cannot be alienated, and no taxes can be imposed on it or its produce, unless it is sold further. If the produce is sold, taxes should be proportionate, not burdensome, but only to help maintain the general infrastructure.
  • The Earth may be governed only by those children of Earth who care for it, cherish it, and protect everything that is on it, lives and grows – both on the surface, deep within its depths, in the atmosphere, and in the waters.
  • Nothing that belongs to the Earth (land, water, airspace, resources within its depths, living organisms) may be destroyed, polluted, or used for enslavement and, through it, for profit purposes.
  • Profit may only be claimed for the added value of human labor or technology, its extraction, energy consumed, etc., but not for resources.
  • Any governance based on the exploitation of the Earth, the squandering of resources, or the enslavement of people is illegitimate and contrary to the laws of nature and the rights of the Earth as a living system.
From this moment on, it is recognized that:
  • The Earth has the right to self-determination and protection as a living entity.
  • All countries and organizations are subject to this principle, as it is based on the highest law – the preservation of life.
Legal basis:
  1. Laws of Nature (immutable, created by God).
  2. UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights – the right to life, a healthy environment.
  3. International environmental protection principles (Rio Declaration, Paris Agreement).
  4. The principle of self-governance – governance is entrusted to those who serve the life of the Earth and humanity, not corporate profit.
  5. The purpose of this declaration:**

To restore the relationship between humans and the Earth on the basis of responsibility, care, and protection, to introduce laws and forms of governance that ensure the survival of the planet and all its inhabitants for future generations.

This declaration is an integral part of the "DECLARATION ON THE PROHIBITION OF WAR AND THE CESSATION OF MILITARY CONFLICTS ON PLANET EARTH" and they must be adopted together as complementary parts.

August 2, 2025

I believe that we will be worthy of bearing the name HOMO SAPIENS RECENS – a wise human being – and together we will do it for the sake of our children, our future, life, and planet Earth!

WITH LOVE AND MAY GOD BLESS AND PROTECT YOU,
